I am so happy to have met Megan and Josh through my wedding giveaway contest I ran in January/February. Although they didn’t win, they still chose me to photograph their wedding!
It took place at Megan’s dads gorgeous log home in Purcellville, VA that he built when she was 10. How cool is that to get married where you grew up?!! Its 17 acres of land with a 100+ year old stone barn and quaint pond and a really cool blue tractor! The day of April 16th couldn’t have been more beautiful between the weather and marriage of Megan and Josh. It was mostly family that was there to share and witness their elopement. Megan did her own beautiful floral arrangements since she’s been doing floral styling for weddings on the side for 2 years. She choose a long light blue tulle skirt with a long-sleeve lace top as her gown which I loved! I’m so excited to share this beautiful wedding with you and congrats to Megan and Josh!
They named the farm the Unfortunate Fox because of this poor fox that drowned in their pond when they bought it! I love the fact that they stuffed him and he’s a part of the house!
